What is Forged in Ancient Fire?
A serialized urban fantasy about family secrets, magical inheritance, and the fight to choose your own future.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
Forged in Ancient Fire is a novel I’ve spent five years shaping — writing, rewriting, and reimagining. And starting in June 2025, I’ll be releasing it here, one chapter at a time.
💫 What’s the Story?
At its heart is Jia Peach, a sharp, defiant sixteen-year-old from Northern California. Jia’s life goal has always been simple: start a band with her best friend Zilly and make music that matters. But everything changes when her mother dies unexpectedly — and a stranger from her father's side of the family arrives with a strange message and an even stranger offer.
Soon Jia is on a flight to Seoul, chasing an inheritance she never asked for and a father she barely remembers. What she finds is an ancient heirloom, a magical legacy, and a dangerous choice that will change everything.
If you like slow-burn fantasy, emotionally rich characters, and stories rooted in family, grief, identity, and unexpected magic, this one’s for you.
